Where are you located?
We’re at 5475 N Jim Miller Rd, Dallas, TX 75227, in East Dallas. We serve East Dallas, Dallas, Mesquite, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Balch Springs, Sunnyvale, and Rowlett.
What are your hours?
We’re open Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Sunday. Call us at (214) 388-8457.
What kind of vehicles do you work on?
All makes and models — domestic and import, cars and trucks, old and new, including hybrids and EVs like Tesla and Rivian.
What services do you offer?
Oil changes and maintenance, brake repair, A/C and heating, suspension, tires, cooling system, and engine and electrical diagnostics. We also serve small and medium fleets.
Do you do wheel alignments or body work?
No — we don’t do alignments or body work. If you need an alignment, we’ll let you know.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead by call, text, or online usually gets you in faster.
How much will my repair cost?

Can I finance a repair?
Yes. We work with Snap Finance, Acima, and Synchrony, so there’s an option for a range of credit situations. Ask us about it.
How long do repairs take?
Many repairs — oil changes, brakes, A/C, tires — are done the same day. For bigger jobs we’ll give you a timeframe up front.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty that covers parts, labor, and towing. One of the strongest you’ll find at an independent shop.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
We never run diagnostics or testing without your approval first. If you have the work done with us, the fee may be waived; if not, a fee may apply.
Do you work on fleet vehicles?
Yes. We keep small and medium fleets running with maintenance and repair, priority scheduling, and honest invoicing.
